I am going to be a bridesmaid at my brothers wedding at the end of march 2010. My plan is to loose 15kg's by then. Man do i need alot of motivation!!!! any suggestions will help me!!! Right now i am just trying to get into a groove, i was on the elipitical this morning for 30 mins. my plan is to do this every moning and then try to do it 2 times a day. Both the bride and the other bridesmaid are super skinny, i dont want to be the odd one out...i know ill never be as skinny as them, but i at least want to feel comfortable at it.
so pass your suggestions along please, i am going to need all the help that i can get!

one thing I did was made a chart so I could keep track of the days I did work out. jogging stollers are good too then you kill two birds with one stone outside time for baby and exercise. If you think you're hungry try drinking first. I often mistake thirst for hunger. Put a picture of the dress you are going to wear up or a picture of yourself that you super like. You can do it becca! Don't forget it took 9 months to put on baby weight and so you should at least give yourself that much time before get too critical of yourself. I took me a year to loose the majority of my baby weight and then I got pregnant again so I only got to wear "skinny" clothes I had been saving for about a month ;) I so excited you got a job that works for you guys! best of luck to you with that! don't forget you'll want to snack at night so get some healthy snacks
When I used to live in Maryland I used to go and do eliptical everyday for 30minutes, and oh boy it really helped a lot. I didn't really expect to loose a lot of weight but I noticed the change in my body,and I want to do it again after I give birth.
